St. Elizabeth Hall is available for your events.

 

 

Hall  Rental Includes:

·        Hall Seats 300 people

·        His and Hers restrooms

·        Water fountain

·        Soda Machine in foyer

 

 

 

 

Services Provided

 

  • Tables and chairs
  • Security
  • Full use of kitchen,  bar, and stage
  • Garbage cans and liners
  • Time before the event to decorate
  • Half an hour to clean after the event. (If you clean and are out of the hall within the half an hour, there is a $100 refund after (1)you sign the bottom of the contract with security and (2)the paperwork is turned in the next business day. Checks can be mailed or picked up.)

 

 

Age Requirements

  • All contract signer's minimum age is 30.
  • All guest must be 30 years or older. Any deviation will result in the event being shut down with no refund issued even if the event has just started.
  • Exceptions may be made for the following but this is not guaranteed: Repass, family reunions or wedding receptions and the contract signer must still meet our.

 

 

 

Payment

  • A minimum of half the total due must be paid to hold your date. 
  • Balance must be paid in full six weeks before your event.   
  • If you book your event with less than six weeks before the date of your event, full payment is due at the time you sign the contract . 
  • The basic rate is $700 for 4 hours.

Always remember dates are subject to change at any time. Cancellation can occur, but do not often. If an event has a balance our assumption is the event will still take place. In the event the date is canceled only $100 will be returned, the rest of the deposit is non-refundable.

 

 

 

Time

  • Friday, Saturday events end by 2 am NO EXCEPTION
  • Sunday events end by 9 pm NO EXCEPTION
  • Hall only has 1 event per day

 

 

 

Restrictions

  • When decorating, please do not nail anything to the wood or tape anything to the wall that will peel the paint from the walls
  • No Smoking (SIGNS ALSO POSTED)
  • Parking on street, possibly lots across the street permitted. (Please note that the parking lot is not owned by St. Elizabeth, we are allowed use but do not abuse. If the owner is having an event, refrain from using.)
  • Do not leave trash, garbage, bottles, cans etc.
  • Music can be loud but not heard outside the building
  • Loitering after the event is also not allowed. All patrons must return to their cars and leave the premises after the event. NO EXCEPTIONS or DEVIATIONS ALLOWED.
  • Names penciled in the book will only be held for five days, after five days with no call back your name will be removed from the book.
  • St. Elizabeth is not responsible for any items lost or stolen during your event.
